Innovative Therapies Inc ([ITI] Gaithersburg, MD) recently announced the launch of its proprietary ITI SensiSkin Drape for Sensitive Skin. The latest in ITI’s innovative negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) technologies, the skin drape provides welcome relief for patients with fragile skin. In conjunction with the ITI Wound Treatment System, the skin drape securely adheres foam dressing to surrounding skin, ensuring a reliable vacuum pressure for optimal wound healing. Traditional drape products are known to irritate and even strip away the periwound skin of elderly patients or patients with sensitive skin, further complicating wound resolution. The drape is designed to mitigate this risk and is available in sheets measuring 33 X 25.5cm and is supplied in cases containing 10 sheets. The drape is part of ITI’s NPWT product offering, which includes the SVED® and Svedman® negative pressure therapy units, ITI Black Foam Dressing, ITI White Foam Dressing, ITI Suction Tubing with SpeedConnect, and ITI Polyurethane Drape.
With this NPWT product offering, the company was the first to offer One-Touch Therapy, integrating NPWT components for fast setup, easy maintenance, and an optimal patient experience.
